Screen Printing
Screen printing is still regarded as the most versatile print medium and, despite some limitations, it remains the brightest, the boldest and the most durable un-aided print medium in commercial use today.
We have an impressive arsenal of fully automatic cylinder screen printing machines,2 x multi-colour large format screen printing machines. We can print on any flat or semi-flat substrate ranging from 40gm acid-free tissue paper to 40mm thick super wood blocks.
Large Format Digital
Digital Printing for on-demand turnaround, within 24 hours, produces photo-realistic imaging for all kinds of POS display. We combine our own machines, with their in-line cutting capabilities and incredible 1440 dpi resolution, with those of our bureau to cover all digital applications, indoors or out.
Roll Labels
Real gold, real silver, true metallic – the look so often sought in printing, is what we achieve with our hot-foiled roll labels. Opaque, perfectly consistent flat colours are another hallmark.
At a potential 9 000 impressions per hour per machine, our label division can meet the most demanding deadlines, while producing labels best described as stunning and which will increase the end-use product’s perceived value
Overprinting
We are one of the major forces in the Spot UV, rub-removable ink and rewettable glue markets. Our expertise in this field is unparalleled, as is our production capacity.
